Burleson Old Town Medical Center started in August 2006. Dr. Etter began as a solo practitioner directly after his residency training in the B&G building in Old Town. His desire to serve the  community well was and remains his primary goal. The practice has grown rapidly over the years and BOTMC has added a Nurse Practitioner, Austin Burnett, and a Physicians Assistant, Blair Bokelman. They have worked as a team providing comprehensive medical care to the community over the years. The practice continues to grow and new patients are welcome.
